Whistling windshield!
Recently had to get windshield replaced after taking a rock during my drive from BC to the Maritimes 
So I got it back and noticed a "whistle" at highway speeds...took it back to again. I guess they added more adhesive or whatever?? It was a little better but still some whistle at speed. ARHGGG!! It was an OEM spec windshield and so far not getting water leaks but this whistle is infuriating considering I do alot of highway driving.
Anyone else had to deal with this?? If so...what was done to stop it? Benz dealer suggested they should have replaced the rubber trim at top of glass so...nothing more frustrating then having to keep taking it back

Just some input on wind noise...there are possible noise coming from the front of the outer door seals, if you look closely you will see two seals, the outer seal is made of a fairly "foamy" type of rubber, and over time it will dry out some. A clear liquid silicon can restore this and make it soft and supple and restore some of the seal, as some of the noise you may hear thinking it is from the windshield might be the wind coming into the vehicle from this area of the front doors.

Was unfortunate it took three trips back and forth but at least it's fixed!!

Wow that is great it is all fixed and some useful information as well. My GLK had the noise from the door seal, you could hear it sounding like the windshield but was actually near the door area where the side mirror is close by,. I was glad it was not the windshield, as the expense of having a windshield replaced is not a positive ordeal.
I applied Black Magic clear liquid silicon on all the door seals and it made some difference even in what we could call, road noise, reduced it some.
