Electrical Problems? Need some insight.
Original batteries (i guess seems relevant).
Rarely the traction control off light will come on and the acceleration loses some power, returns to normal upon killing engine and restarting. Only once has the acceleration not powered when sitting at light with ECO mode on, so when the engine shut off for a moment, upon releasing my foot off the brake to continue driving. After a second power kicked on again and off I went.
Is this related to the batteries? Should I have the main and aux battery replaced? Or does seem like something more/different?
Thank you
One thing to keep in mind on any modern car is they all draw some current amount of current when they are sitting with the engine off. This will eventually drain the battery. The best thing you can do for your batteries is keep them from being drained too low. If my car sits for more than a couple of days, I use a good quality trickle charger to keep it topped off. I use a CTEK charger that has very low ripple so it won't screw up the car's electronics while it's keeping the battery up. That counteracts the drain from the cars electronics.
