Glk250 Blutec Cvv/Pcv Help!

Hey there,

How do i remove ccv/pcv valve from 2013 glk250 blutec om651 engine model x204.

do i have to remove valve cover and buy whole cover?

asking caus of huge oil consumption.
also removed cat and its melted!
checked turbo swirl there is no free play its alive. Inside pcv/ccv breather tube there is oil.

It's normal for there to be SOME oily residue in the breather tube. How much oil are we talking about? Have you also checked the intercooler hoses to see how much (if any) oil is in them?

The melted cat would be a bigger concern. Sounds like all the DPF regens are taking a toll. I think it's time for some pictures so we can get a better idea.

yes its normal level of residue. Didn’t checkd intercooler and hoses .(will do it when i start clean egr system) just wonder why pcv isnt separate piece? I guss i have to buy whole valve cover. I hope hugh oil consumption was because of clogged and melted cat. Finger crossed.
