M276 3.5L V6 spark plug change is documented extensively on this site. Try the search feature. The driver's side plugs are a challenge because of the ECU, vacuum lines and wire harnesses. Doable, but a challenge. On a W166 GLE it took 2-3 times as long for me to replace the driver's side plugs than it did the passenger side, which are a breeze. Similar reports from E-Class M276 3.5L owners.

I'm confused as to how the owner of the car in the video was able to break the head so that coolant gushed out.
