Weird noise when start rolling cold

Hi everyone,
I have this weird noise, it almost sounds like a cooling fan speeding up when I start driving cold. You can only hear it up to about 12mph, then you wont hear it again until you slow back down to below 12mph. That happens until the car warms up. you wont hear any noise at highway speed. I have about 87000miles and its a 2012 GLK350.
Any help would be appreciated.

Look to see if the cooling fan is running when you start it, it shouldn’t be if the ac is off and the motor is cool.
