Question HELP- Cylinder Head Oil Check Valve(s)

I just bought my first MB. Coming over from the VW side.

I researched the common tensioner/check valve revisions and my engine code warrants replacement of both. My question is why on FCP Euro/ other write-ups am I seeing multiple check valves being mentioned? I understand there are two sizes. The M276 should be the part# 2780503300. Is there more than one location? FCP's kit includes a total of four valves - two sizes. (157/276) engines. Can I just order one for the M276 (-3300)?

I have attached a link to another thread with the write-up for this problem. It even says "valves" not valve.
