2010 GLK-350 - No Aux Battery in Rear?
I wanted AAA to tow me to a mechanic but they jumped the car and started and recommended charging the battery. I left the charger on my battery all night and this morning the car starts fine but is still giving me low battery as soon as it idles for about 30 seconds to a minute (battery is reading fine).
I took the cover off the rear thinking it was the small battery and there is no battery under there. Does anyone know where it is? I've checked the manual and Google but can't find any location other than under the cover on the passenger side.
Thanks!
The battery I used is an Excide MX-H7/L4/94R which I believe is an AGM battery. The terminals look good, but I'll clean them.
As soon as I changed the battery I got the red battery light (goes away when OK is pushed) as usual. This was about three or four months ago. I was assuming there was another battery and I changed the wrong one. Everything has been fine up until the last week when my radio would stop working. Last night I lost power and figured I would change the second battery, but I guess it doesn't exist.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
