2015 Mercedes glk 250 LIMP
The car is stock nothing modified no remap no tune nothing done CEL is on and i thought it was the intercooler hose replaced today. CEL still on the car has 290kms on it not too bad in my opinion my dads had 600kms before someone hit and totalled it but my dads had the same issue and if I'm not wrong just needs a remap, I checked for codes i had the common intercooler hose code and also want answers from you guys if you think its another issue. It dosent sound weird no issues with anything else then really just putting it self in limp mode. I do a oil change on it every month,Def, Filter everything is done properly.

I'm a bit confused on the mileage, cause I'm in the US. When I do a conversion, 290kms, the response is 317 yards. And 600kms shows 656 yards. A US mile is more than double that. More details would be great.

Conversion from Kms to miles is 290 kms equal to 180 miles
Conversion from Kms to miles is 600 kms equal to 372 miles
I think you did the calculation for a metre and not a Km (thousand Metres)
Oil change makes no sense. Because the CEL light is on it does not require a remap..

What diagnostic/trouble code led you to believe the intercooler hose needed replacing? If you don't have a scan tool to check actual codes, you're just guessing along with the rest of us.
Limp mode can be from a thousand things, we need an actual code to narrow it down. Places like O'Reilly and Auto Zone will scan your car for free and give you the code(s) printout; start with that.
Oil change monthly? Are you doing 8-10k kms a month? If not, you're throwing away perfectly good oil and your money. Stick to annual oil changes or 10K kms and use the correct MB 229.51 or 229.52 spec oil only.
Bottom line: read top line again. We need that code.
