Yes. I used it with a Crux CMB-16G rear camera. The power lead from the CARABC unit made it simple to provide power to the camera.
CARABC did activate the camera in reverse BUT the system has to be in "Navi" mode for the camera video to be displayed. The CARABC unit I had (purchased in 2024) did not display the camera video if the audio system is in any other mode.
I ended up replacing CARABC with a behind the dash hardwired unit.

Which rear view camera system did you install?
I just bought the CARABC box for my wife’s GLK, I was wondering about how the camera would work through it, so thank you for answering that question for me.

I eventually installed this one:

The hardest part of the install was refitting the head unit - the new harness takes up a lot of space behind the dash.
