2015 GLK 350 Sunroof drain - where should water exit the car
I noticed a water stain on the driver-side pillar adjacent to the windshield on a 2015 GLK 350. When I tested the sunroof drain it quickly exits out of the car in 2 spots. The majority exits under the car at the black plastic block for the jack stand. A few drips come out behind the front tire behind the plastic wheel well cover.
Are these the correct exits for the sunroof drain?

Hey,
I have a 2013 GLGLk350 and I live in south Florida. We have a lot of rain during the summer. I had rain water dripping out of the A pillars. The drains were clogged. I poured about three to four ounces of bleach into the drain holes inside the sunroof cavity. After a few seconds a drip or two a minute started to flow out to the ground behind the front wheels and after that all the bleach ran through. Then I poured 12 ounces down each line and the water flowed right out behind the front wheels. My guess is mildew had built up in the line and clogged it all up.

Drain
I’ve had a few cars with plugged sunroof drains over the years. A quick blast with compressed air followed by some water worked for all of them. It’s amazing how much gunk can get stuck in there.
