LED fog lamps not working correctly
There is a rear red fog light that lights up on the driver's side. It is the same intensity as a brake light. Typically, you must turn it on if fog or other circumstances reduce visibility to under 50 meters/164 feet. You must turn it off if visibility is greater than that.
Separately, you can select a left or right rear PARKING light for parking (it's reduced brightness and lower power consumption). You would select left or right based on the side of the vehicle closest to or in the road. In certain countries you have street lights that turn off at a certain time late at night. The lamp post may be marked with a sticker indicating it does not remain on all night. That could be a good location to use the rear parking light even if the street light is illuminated when you park.
So... most "newer" cars have both front fog lights (white or yellow) and a rear fog light (red).
