Apologies in advance if covered, but I could use some feedback from the crowd.
Had the Bluetec recall work done on our 2015 GLK250 back in 2021, so when it started throwing P2080 codes recently I took it to our local dealer as soon as I could get in.
All seemed well and they verified the code in the OBD and that the temp sensor was covered, but since they weren’t able to observe the issue directly they denied the work and sent us on our way.
But they did say if it happens again we can rush right down and hope they can confirm.
Has anyone else run into impediments with this ‘extended’ warranty?
