Unibody, and the GLS chassis is exactly the same as the x166.

Before or after the rollover?

Considering that the vehicles on the top of the trailer had quite the ride to the ground, they held together amazingly well. The X166 is a solid platform.

What a sinking feeling
Years ago I ordered a new Volvo XC90.
There was a shipping accident and my Volvo along with 2,870 new Volvos,
BMWs and Saabs sank.
In the interim the Volvo V70R was released and I ordered one those.
The V70R was a hoot. I loved that car!

I agree, but they wouldn't be required to inform the customer as long as the damage didn't reach 3-6 % of MSRP. Lame.
