Is it normal to..
Is it normal that a dealer demands 15% for a down payment when leasing in Canada? I have never heard of anyone investing that much money when leasing. I just thought this was outrageous.

Don't know about Canada specifically, but putting a down payment or not, is up to the buyer.
I've heard of putting a deposit down when ordering, but never more than $1K.
