2017 MB GLS-550

2017 gls550 and CarPlay

my CarPlay doesn't come up all the time (not even the option automatic vs. Manual).
anyone with the same problem?

What I suggest..

I would suggest you swap out with a different USB/Lightning cable 1st - and see if fresh/different cable changes your situation.

I made an appointment with the MB dealer - Keeler in Latham, NY - for software update.

I tried to swap the cable, it didn't work.
