phone sound
i own the 2017 gls550 when someone calls me I would like to turn up the volume. I try the switch on the steering and on the radio but that does not do it. any ideas

Check and make certain your volume is all the way up on your smartphone ... that did the trick for me in my GLS450

If Bluetooth
Media, options, volume and select boost. Also, on the IPhone turn Volume limit off under settings/music. Control the volume via the car.
If Carplay
When connected the volume assumes the phone setttings with control via the car.
