Brakes w/Brembo or W/o Brembo

I'm looking to get replacement brake pads for my GLS63 and see options with Brembo and without Brembo brakes. What does this mean?
I don't see this as an option for the GLS nor should I assume the AMG automatically has the Brembo brakes. Is this correct?

I haven't called the dealer yet, but thought folks here would know.

Thanks black. It wasn't obvious since there is a price difference between the 2 parts. Good to know!

Can you show is where?

I'm worried it might be referring to the amg appearance package in other markets
