Onboard wifi

Hey guys. Signed up for the wifi in the gls450. Just curious mine hasn't worked in over a week. Actually hasn't worked since I paid for it. Called mbrace a few times they just keep saying there's an outage? Seems a little shady to me lol

Totally agree. I called MBrace or whatever it is called two weeks ago and got some made up junk science about the difficulties MB is having with WiFi and 'how much processing power' it takes to power in car WiFi. The representative did tell me MB uses Verizon. I have a Verizon phone and my phone's hotspot has been working like a charm.

I was able to connect via the GLS hotspot today but the download speed was painfully slow, had to switch to my phone once again.

I am thinking of cancelling and asking for a refund since I prepaid for one year.

Yep, same here. Funny how quick they were to sell me a non working service lol.... I may bring to dealer though just to have them try to troubleshoot it once before I cancel. Let you know.
