Well.... a Mercedes dealer may or may not stock the "Accessory" trailer hitch cover (actually a plug/insert) reference by correct part# above above (Q 6 31 005) which has the cheezy MB Logo plate:
Cheezy MB accessory hitch insert:
The "original" plain Mercedes hitch plug/insert would need to be ordered thru Parts Dept - sorry part # not at hand - the "original" does go deeper into the receiver tube - and can be secured in place by adding a Hitch Pin.
If you are Bored and Bold - then drive by your MB dealer lot when they are closed - and take one off another MB SUV - on any new MB they are not locked in place from the factory - and you would be surprised at how many people do that.
If you want plain but very/very nice - this combines (cover w/plug/insert w/retainer - all of $10 - just remember to rinse off the light protective/mold-release oil on the part with soapy water before installation:

i decided to order the cheesy one with mb logo , had it for my G63 previously , will just manage it
if the amg version was all black , probably better than the star logo
