GLS Command unit failure

GLS Command unit failure
Hello good people! I'm John, from India and i have an issue with my 2018 W166 GLS 350.
My comand unit display is completely dead without even a flicker.
All other functions are working and even one lone radio channel plays the audio alone. The rotary dial does not change anything and the cd inside does not eject out.
HoldingHolding eject button down does not reset the unit either.
Could someone let me know what could be wrong and what I need to do?

GLS 450
A simple possible cause could be a blown fuse.

Is your 2018 covered by factory warranty?

One radio channel alone works, so can't be a fuse. Dealer says that the command unit needs to be replaced for $6000!!!!
