2017 GLS 450 check engine light and blind spot flashing
Hi, Anyone knows why steady check engine light and blind spot warning lights is flashing. In past engine light came on due to loose fuel cap. Which I often fix.
But today while driving my engine light came on and blind spot warning on both side view mirrors flashed a few times. Anyone knows or seen this issue?
I did tighten my fuel cap and will report tomorrow.

What is the build date for your vehicle? It is on the door frame decal. 4ish years could be getting close to battery replacement time, if you happened to get a battery on the weak end of the statistical curve. Just a guess.
Did you replace the fuel cap with a new one? If not, try that.

Build date is 06/16, so yes its more than 4 years at this point.
I am going to buy a new fuel cap today and replace it.
I might buy a new battery and either replace it myself or get it done as its underneath the driver seat. Looking for DIY videos now..

Update - after cleaning dirty radar sensors and resetting blind spot assistance via settings menu. The issue seams to have gone away.
snow, salt and dirt might have covered the sensors.
Replaced fuel cap, waiting for engine to reset in next 24 hours
