Safety recall
Has anyone else received the important safety recall for March 2021 from Mercedes-Benz USA? I called my dealer today and was told that it was issued prematurely and that no repair is currently available. A dealer also said to contact Mercedes-Benz USA if I was concerned about thus.

Received the same letter. It stated that if you are a subscriber to MercedesMe that this software update could be done over the air. I logged into my account to do so but was unable to do the update. Called the telephone number that the letter gave for assistance, the people answering transferred me twice and in the end none of the MercedesMe people knew anything about what the letter was referring to.

From what I was able to figure out, it's going to be done automatically unless you opt-out, regardless of whether you are subscribed to Mercedes-Me or not. I don't have a Mercedes Me subscription and I'm guessing MB will find my car via magical satellite and just upload whatever software update it needs to make the GPS thing work better.
