Soft Close Doors Not Working
Hello I have a 2017 GLS550 with soft close doors and I replaced my faulty soft close actuator as the cable was broken inside and after I installed the new soft close actuator I unhooked battery for 30 seconds and reconnected it and it still won't work, Mercedes then suggested to put new door latch in and that but that did not solve the problem. Couldn't find any blown fuses. But the fuse diagram doesn't show what fuse is for the drivers door door module.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We're still getting used to them as well. I've learned to just close the doors gently and realizing it's ok if it doesn't latch, which is contrary to everything you know. My issue is that now I do the same in my other cars and have to turn back to close the door fully.

Haha. I had the same issue with Keyless Go. I was always momentarily perplexed when the ML wouldn't open with just my touch.
