When you are not parking, but rather have the gear selector in "R", does the camera turn on? Do you have the 360 camera feature? What happens if you press and hold the "car shape" button on the center stack next to the sound volume knob?

What function is not working? From your description it sounds like everything is working normally.

Gls 450
My previous vehicle was a 2016 LR4. I guess I was comparing this option to my wife’s 2020 GLS 450. The previous answer seems to have worked. By pressing and holding the car button on the center stack, I can activate the front camera to assist in nose parking.

If you are just trying to get the cameras to come on in low speed situations hold down the vehicle button on the main head unit. It is the button to the right of the mute button just below the "Tel" button. Hold it for about 3 seconds maybe slightly more...the cameras will come on in low speed situations.
