GLS 450- Request for Advice after New Brake Pads/Tire Rotation

Good morning guys, I could use your advice after having my rear brake pads replaced and tires rotated. On the way home from the dealership I noticed my 2019 GLS 450 isn't riding as smoothly as usual. I felt a vibration on the highway and the alignment pulled slightly to the right. I've been keeping up with tire rotations every 5K miles and they said my tires looked good.

I'm unsure how to proceed as the alignment seemed perfect before the tire rotation and new brake pads. Have any of you experienced this before? If so, did it self correct or did you need to get an alignment? Think it's worth taking back to the dealership?

Thanks in advance!

Rear brake pads are probably sticking. If they did not lubricate the rear sliding pins, they can bind and what you are experiencing can occur.

Probably a tire issue. If you have the ability, change one of the front tires to the back and see if it changes. If no change, change the other front to the back. If still no change, I'd go back to the place that changed the brake pads.

Thank you for the suggestions, including from Chasis who I messaged separately. I decided to take it back to the dealership and they also noticed the vibrating and steering pulling to the right. Was told the RF was 43 lbs out of balance, and they checked out the other three that were ok. This was the first time I've had this happen, but hopefully this thread could help others if you should ever experience the same thing after a rotation.
