Hi,
I have a GLS550 2017. The radio,navi,camera command unit just stopped working. It won't turn on.
I brought it to my mechanic to look at all the fuses. Fuses are all ok. I then brought it to Mercedes to see if its something that only the dealer could find.
Mercedes also said its not fuses. And it needs a new Radio Command Unit. This unit is over 5k!!
I've been googling and you tubing what else it could be. I've tried to do all the resets and no luck. ☹️
Anyone have this issue or have any ideas or suggestions?
I've been looking for another unit in junk yards and ebay and no luck...

Becker Auto Sound can probably diagnose it and possibly repair. What is your part #? I have a spare from a 2017 GLS.
