Needs some help I Just recently completed service be on my 2017 gls450.
However Im not able to confirm full service…
after going threw the steps to clear full service and confirming I keep getting a message:
Full service could not be carried out

I read through the forums and see that some members came across the same issue and mention that it’s a dealer update to correct the message.
Others say to drive the car for 60+ miles to update the data in the vehicle, which I have and still receive the same message when trying to confirm service.
How do I get the service message to be carried out and confirmed?
