2017 GLS450
Thermostat housing and engine coolant pipe
Engine overheated. Water pump was shot. While replacing noticed thermostat housing was broken. Got new thermostat housing. Got old thermostat housing out. And found the engine coolant pipe melted.

Has anyone replaced this? It looks like you have to remove valve cover?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
