Hi fellow DIYers,
Need guidance on diagnosing a persistent DTC in my 2017 GLS 450 (X166). After replacing both batteries, cleared all codes except the one below:

- Code: B25B615
- Location: Rear Control Unit (SG-FOND)
- Description: Switch "EASY-ENTRY system" in the right seat has a malfunction. Short circuit to positive or open circuit.
- Status: Stored and Current
- Location of the switch/wiring harness for right seat EASY-ENTRY
- Diagnostic steps to isolate switch vs. wiring issue
- Experience from anyone who's dealt with this specific code
- Known fixes or common failure points

2017 Mercedes Benz GLS450
A quick update - I obtained a Launch Creader Elite 2.0 BBA scanner. Using Actuation Tests, I was able to get into the Rear Control Module where Easy Entry system is located, performed actuation for both left and right sides, and it went fine. However, the DTC is still there (stored and current) and cannot be cleared.
I would appreciate any guidance and help.
