Does this look right?

I normally purchase cars but am considering leasing a 2020 GLS 450. I received the attached quote for 36 month 12k miles per year. The $91,350 price is MSRP, I haven't worked on a discount yet. The monthly payment is higher than I thought it would be for a lease. Do these numbers seem about right for a GLS priced at $91,350?

Mercedes has been lowering their residuals for some time now. The 2020 GLS residual at 12k is 57% 2015 12k residual was 62%
MF's have gone up since 15 as well.

Those numbers look right. On the flip side, an off-lease vehicle is an attractive CPO buy. I wonder if the predicted residuals will bear out on the market with dropping prices.

Probably not. That's why they have gone down over the last 2-3 yrs. Real value is closer to 50% after 3yrs.
