US website for 2020 GLS 580

US website for ‘20 GLS 580 is UP
This is very promising for a release of the vehicle.
the 2020 450 came out shortly after it’s configuration debut on website
I guess Santa 🎅 thinks I’ve been nice 👍🏻

We have a well-equipped GLS-450 on order, for mid-January delivery, for $96,544. Similarly equipping a GLS-580 is $16,745 more for $113,289! Yikes

IMO for $16745 you get over 500hp ,amg body kits ,better looking amg rims and sport brakes .I think its worth it.Plus dont have to look at those ugly wheel well

The GLS63 on the other hand has at least more options. There are two Machiato exclusive Nappa options; one base pattern and one diamond stitched (per DOG)

Probably just a matter of time that more options will become available but it’s frustrating nonetheless.

Simple physics. The lower the profile number, the less material between you and the road, therefore less cushion and likely harsher ride.

If you go over to the GLE forum and ask you will find most think the ride is great even with 21s, as long as you have Airmatic or E-ABC.

Nah not if they did their homework with the suspension. All the reviews so far are saying the GLS 580 rides great on the big wheels too.

How can I get an actual date of production too? Do you know your production status? The only info. my dealer here in Canada can get me is the month and decade it is to be produced, in my case 11.3. (FYI 3 decades in a month if you are not familiar with the term). It would be nice to know if there is another source to find out when these are completed but based on my readings here it is just a wait and see if it shows up system.
