3 row seat does not fold

Hi,

just got a new 2020 GLS450 last week and now the right side 3rd row seat does not fold electronically anymore. You can hear some clicking noise when pushing the button but that’s it. The left side seat folds like a charm.

Is there an easy fix or do I need to bring the car to service?

I had the exact same problem with the same seat on my 2020 GLS 450-- build date 11/19. Mine would not fold the day I brought it home. You could hear the motor going but it would not fold. I tried playing with it several times with no success. I was upset because it was either overlooked on the delivery inspection or ignored. I figured I would drive it for a month because other issues would pop up. To my pleasant surprise, a month later nothing else needed done except replace one wiper/blade. They kept it 2 days. Said the factory installation of that seat was wrong, and they removed it and reinstalled it. It worked fine when I got it back in late January--- don't use them so I have not checked since.

What was the issue with your rear wiper, just wondering as I am not able to pull it out of of the glass, it comes out about 1/2 inch but no more, is it supposed to be like that?

It was actually the left front wiper. I had about a 6 inch area to the left of the rearview mirror that was not being cleaned completely, and it was icing up on the interstate.
The Invoice does not reference any work, but they solved the problem. I think the wiper might have been bent or deformed at delivery. My rear works ok
