23 inch wheels on GLS580 or GLS450 - spare tire?

23 inch wheels on GLS580 or GLS450 - spare tire?
I went to the dealer today to check out the GLS450 2020. It had those 23 inch wheels. However, the donut spare tire was not placed under the 3rd row seat coz this GLS had the Burmester option and its subwoofer component occupies part of the storage under the 3rd row seats. So the spare tire was placed right behind the 3rd row seats. Obviously the cargo area is eclipsed because of this spare tire.
How did you guys work this out?

I am still contemplating if I should swap the tires for runflats.

No spare with High End Audio
It's interesting the DOG says "Requires TireFit," not "Includes." Pretty cheap. No, I would not want to use it either. Carry a plug kit and compressor.

No spare with High End Audio
The Burmester High End audio system takes up real estate under the floor load cargo protector. Can't get a spare or even a donut regardless of the wheel size I believe. I've got 21" wheels and all I got was a TireFit kit. I carry a compressor and a patch repair kit with me all the time and always have. Gladly, never had a flat. But my last SUV (Infiniti) had the optional super sound system with amps and subwoofer in the cargo area, but I still got a spare attached underneath the car. I don't hear good things about run flats. I've seen a post here where someone got a GLE or GLS instead of an X7 because they don't like run flats and couldn't get regular tires on their BMW out of the gate.

I had run flats on my GL350 for 10 years and never had a problem. Never got more than 25K miles out of them though and they were expensive to replace. I never had any total failures with them but did seem to have a fair number of leaking valves that would require constant TP monitoring and refilling regularly.
