Hi folks,

This is my first post here, and I need some help :-).

The 2nd row passenger side seats on my 2020 GLS450 (7 seat configuration) are not reclining to the same extent as the 2nd row driver side seat. They go back a fair bit, but the driver side 2nd row goes back further.

I took the car in to my local dealer to get it looked at, and they said that all 2020 GLS450s have the same issue.

So, my question is: have any of you folks observed the same behavior? If so, was your dealer able to fix it?

I have the same issue, just noticed it on my car as well. The passenger side rear seat (single seat) does not recline nor reverses as far as the drivers side (double seat). Have not brought it into the dealer yet. Hope someone was able to get this fixed.

"all 2020 GLS450s have the same issue" - that is definitely NOT correct since I have delivered 11-12 so far and all have had EVEN 2nd row split..
