GLS 450 What Changes between 2020 VS 2021?

The '21 does away with requirements to have 3k worth of options when you get Dr. Asst Package for eg. Also, certain options you had to pay for in '20 are now standard and included. Some other options are a bit cheaper, a couple more expensive. Unclear how the base MSRP will change though; MSRP for options is out.

2014 Mercedes E350 4matic Wagon, 2018 Fiat 124 Spyder Lusso manual, 2005 Acura TSX manual
The main thing is vented seats and 4 zone climate being standard. However E-ABC, the exclusive trim, and the executive rear seat packages are being dropped from the 450. Only available on the 580. The other big thing is the drivers assist no longer requiring massage seat (and therefore warmth and comfort and leather).
