Hi there!! Has anyone been able to find any sort of center console organizer or tray for the 2020 GLS? I dislike how it is just one compartment where there is no way to separate out anything. Appreciate any tips. Thank you!!

We have a 2020 GLE and Amazon sells an excellent storage tray that fits into the console. Also, a partition/shelf for the glove box. Are the GLS dimensions different? I don’t know. Worth checking. If the same, highly recommended. Search GLE console storage.

Researching this. Do you know if the GLE armrest is the same as the GLS, and if the GLE one will fit. Seems to be more available.

They're basically the same interior so I would think the GLE organizer would fit in the gls.

The tray pictured is not the only configuration offered. Search for the brand CHEYA on Amazon, not only for console storage but also for their glove box organizer. They both fit the 2020 GLE and might fit the GLS also.
