Purchased a new GLS 450 a count weeks ago. It’s my understanding that I can purchase the factory extended warranty at any time before original warranty expires. I have found a price of $4250 for my car on the 7 year 100k, Or $3500 on 7 year 75k miles.

Is it worth buying now? Will out just be more expensive later? Will definitely have car for at least 7 years.

Technically - after 30-days from Date-Of-Purchase Mercedes US increases the MSRP of the added warranty options by 15% - and Dealer Cost increases by 6%.

So - if you want extended warranty - yes - it is least expensive buying at time of purcchase - you just need to know your dealer is not "raised warranty price" on you.

It can be purchased form any Mercedes dealer correct?
