Chrome delete front grille or replace?

Will be getting my 450 soon (March 2nd decade build) and would like to change the front grille to the Night Option, only available on the 580. I think I can order the grille from a dealer or buy third party (perhaps from someone replacing with a Pan America grille). Better though to get the original chrome deleted (along with the roof rails)?

Awaiting a 2021 GLS580
I plan to do this to my GLS580 when it comes in and would definitely stick with the OEM one. I’m pretty sure we would only need to replace the grille cap (labeled 2 in below pic), which is only US $233.55.

Sure, best to get OEM. I’ve heard the front bumper has to come off to replace though, which I don’t think I can handle without worrying about airbags going off, so maybe have to take it to the shop?

Yep - and the Bumper sensors "often" need to be "recalibrated too" - good luck with it..
