Climate control question
I have a 2020 GLS that has been very problematic (6 months old, 11 service calls, always a different issue, 39 days out of service). So I really only want to go to the dealership if this is (another) actual issue (vs. this is just the way the climate control works).
When the car is set to a temp, the car blows the air at level 6- powerful (and noisy). When I push the lever down, it goes 5,4,3,2,1, off. So then its off. I cant adjust from 6 to any other blower speed. Once in a while, it may stop at 2 or 3. On the screen, if I try to adjust it, it does work better, but still does not respond correctly eveey time.
Also, there is no way to have the AC or heat blow on the feet and the torso at the same time- the only on screen setting that includes the feet is defrost. Ive never had this issue in any other car Ive ever had. And I did get a loaner GLC that I was able to set the blower to feet and torso, so why not the GLS?
