2020 GLS 450
Volume NOT working on 2020 GLS 450
I just picked up my wife's 2020 GLS 450 today after having been in the shop for a couple weeks to repair a fender bender. The volume is not working at all in the car. Not for the radio, not for being hooked up to CarPlay, not for navigation, not even when I say hey Mercedes. It is absolutely infuriating! Anyone have any ideas? Do you think a fuse could've been messed with accidentally when repairing the car? The damage was to the right rear bumper and right rear panel area and I know there's at least one fuse box area back there.

Guys at shop must have been listening to your radio while working. Go back to them and ask what they did
