Rattle/click in 2022 GLS450 dash

My 2024 GLS is in the shop right now for this rattle noise, is that the same sound as yours, @bluland23 ?

I also had this annoying issue where when I went over a bump or pothole I would hear what sounded to me to be like a clicking of a mouse button. I have had this issue since the day I bought my 2020 GLS-450 used a year ago. I could not figure out what was going on until I read the post above stating it was the voice amplification that was causing the issue. I was under the impression that it had to be turned off using the XENTRY software but that is not the case. I turned off voice amplification and the sound is gone. Here are the steps I used to turn it off. Remedy: The interference noise can be remedied by deactivating voice amplification. Follow these steps "Home" -> "Settings" -> "System" -> "Audio" -> "Voice amplification" to switch off function.
