You can look closer into the front seat and look at the steering wheels to find out if the car equipped with massage seat and driver assistance package. The massage seat has more stitching patterns than the regular seat. On the steering wheel, check the left side of the steering wheel to see if the distance setting.

Not 100% correct… the stitching pattern is just because of the leather, the MB-Tex and Leather have different stitching patterns. It’s just that the massage seats require leather, and I pretty high proportion of cars with leather have the massage seat.
The best way to tell with that is to look for the lumbar support controls. If the seat has buttons for lumbar on the side of the seat where most cars have their seat controls, it doesn’t have massage seats. If there aren’t physical lumbar controls, it has them because with the massage seat, all your lumbar adjustment is through the screen.
As for driving assist, the steering wheel is a good way, but the other is to look at the badge on front. Base cars have a plastic pièce with the star sticking out in a 3D part, while cars with driving assist have the entire thing 2D including the star lines. It’s hard to explain, but imo it’s the easiest way to tell (look for reflections and shadows) because for most cars, the first picture is a front 3/4 where you’ll see the star and any reflection or shadow on it.

This steering wheel left side controls, on the bottom row, has set/res, speed in the middle, and cruise ok or off on the right. This car doesn’t have ACC:
This steering wheel, on the bottom row of left controls has set/res on the left, speed in the middle, and distance forward/back on the right. In the top row, the right button is the cruise on/off, and the left button does both back and home instead of one being each. This car has ACC.
This car has physical lumbar support controls (black button). It does not have massage seats. It also happens to be MB-Tex. Notice the 4 sections of leatherette on the back rest espérâtes by stitching, and the 4 on the base.
This car has the massaging seat, notice the lack of lumbar buttons. That is controlled through the screen as there is more adjustability. It also is leather, notice the thinner sections, with more of them. 5 on the base and 7 on the back rest.

How about icons on the dash?
1. First one has multiple icons so seems like it has driver assistance package (car is running)?
2. 2nd one has no icons so I assume no driving assistance (engine not running)
3. 3rd one has grey icon for Lane keeping assistance (engine not running) so I assume it has driver assistance package?
4. Or does Lane keeping assistance icon has to be active (car not running) to confirm driving assistance as on 4th photo?
Icons are likely the same for if the car is on or off, though I'm not 100% sure. But I would assume top one has drivers assisitance, next doesn't, and bottom two both have the standalone option for active lane keep assist, which is just the steering wheel vibrating when you leave your lane.
