I used him a few weeks ago. Straight forward and he did what he said he would.

It shouldn’t. All that is being done is already available on the vehicle and just being turned on. It’s not a modification to the vehicle per se.

I just used RJ last week also. I had him enable the sport + mode for me. It's a beast!!! Loving it. He also enabled the intelligent lights for me in April.

I have to say, I've been chatting about some options with him, and I have been impressed by his prompt and professional replies. If he treats his paying customers as well as his potential customers he will do well.
Time to commit to some $$ spend with him I think.
