Augmentin reality camera

I have the retrofit added to my 21 GLS 450 and find it annoying every time I come to most intersections the camera view pops on. The service dealer said that’s normal and no way to stop from happening. I can’t figure out why someone would constantly want a front view camera view at every intersection? Especially when I’m using navigation such as Waze, I have to shuffle a few screens to go back to it!

There is a setting in Navigation to turn it off.

It's called "Traffic Light View" and is meant to help give you a better view of the traffic lights.
You can turn it off in the settings.

this thread talks about the service campaign letter that was sent out. My GLS 450 21 was part of it. Same letter that went to some GLE owners here’s the link with letter.
