XM channel scrolling question

XM channel scrolling question
I have about 10 XM channels saved. However, when I try to scroll through them on the left touch pad on the steering wheel it shows every XM channel. Can this feature just show me my saved channels??

I have the music showing up in the middle of the driver screen. I can push the left touch pad then scroll down to Presets and push again. Then scroll through the Preset channels.
The thing that frustrates me is that sometimes when I start the car the Sirius XM Presets show up in the middle of the screen (which is what I want), but sometimes SiriusXM (all stations) shows up and I have to do the procedure above. Not sure why the Presets don't show up all the time, as that is how it is left with the engine is turned off.

I figured out my issue. under settings (its buried pretty deep) you can view only your favorite channels. So, instead of having to scroll through 300 channels it will just scroll through my favorites

The XM version of Favorites, completely separate and distinct, cannot be connected to any scroll buttons that I can see.
Any ideas?
