GLS 580 squeaky rear suspension
I have a 2021 GLS 580 w/10K miles, it has the E-ABC option. Lately there’s been this squeaking sound from right rear, especially when turning and driving over a bump. Sound also very noticeable if you make the car bounce in recovery mode. When driving over potholes or speed bumps, right rear feels softer and a little loose.
Took it to my local dealer and they are completely clueless. At first they were trying to say there’s nothing wrong and that they can’t hear anything, I had to go there myself to drive it with them. Next, they told me they are “waiting response from Mercedes” on how to proceed fixing the issue. They’ve now had the vehicle since Monday morning and I’m stuck driving a loaner.
Anyone else had a similar suspension issue? Also any recommendations for dealerships in the DC area are welcomed.
