Does anyone know if these wheels/tires will work on the 2023 GLS63?

In theory these should work? I think these are an option from the GLS450 as an upgrade, but the offset looks a bit high

These are the same 21 inch upgrade offered by MB for the GLS450. I am hoping they fit
