ALUMINUM RUNNING BOARDS
Has anyone tried retrofitting their GLS with aluminum running boards? I have a customer who wants them and I'm hesitant to tell them it can be done, mainly because of the ambient lighting. If I were to order the harness can it just be wired in?

I put some on about 2 months ago. I would have to look up the brand, but I think they are all probably the same. I skipped the lit version because I was concerned how well the lit area would age and didn't want to deal with hacking into wiring.
They look very similar to the OEM ones. I tried calling 2 dealers about getting the factory ones and was told they wouldn't sell them to me because they were on it from the factory (they ask for the vin to verify fitment).
Edit: They were Vanguard brand
