The audio stopped working on our 2020 GLS. I tried restarting the system, but hasn't helped. Does anyone happen to know what fuse to check/reset? The car doesn't produce any sound from any input (XM radio, FM, Phone, etc..).

Try this at 5min mark below. If that doesn't work, then I'd guess it's a bad amp or loose connection to an amp. Do you get sound if you pull the SOS call button?

That's super helpful, thank you! For me, the audio menu is blank. Also, I can't adjust trebble/bass/etc.. in the regular audio menu, it's all greyed out. It's still under warranty, so I guess I'll just take it to the dealer to look at.

Dealership confirmed the issue, might be a fuse, might be the entire system - they'll give me more detail tomorrow they said.

2nd day at the dealership, they had to take all the seats out, they said some wire short somewhere but they haven't found it yet. All I can say is thank god it's still under warranty. They are already ~10h of labor in.

Agreed. I will never own a Benz/BMW out of warranty!

On our previous MB, ML350 Bluetec, the diesel system failed about a week out of warranty lol. We're at 3.5 years on the GLS, already thinking of next steps

Sadly, that is most modern cars. They have all gotten to a high level of technology and complication for everything.
