I think you will notice the biggest difference if you have the 21" wheels. I drove a 23 450 with 21's and a 22 450 with 23's and you would have to pump noise canceling in at a considerable volume to cancel out the noise those tires make. I don't think it's worth it either but I would get it again just because I like the hue of the windscreen.
